Bachelor thesis The e-Government in the Slovakia at the beginning of the 21-th cen-tury is dealing with the history of the e-Government and progressive development of it in the Slovak republic. It also seems to be description of the actual state of things and the pre-planned activities for the next period. As well it is looking on the e-Government in the Estonia and in the Great Britain as the most advanced countries of this region and to detail it is angaged in the e-Government of the Czech republic. The practical part is focused on the testing of the e- Government functionality by the real online sending of author´s tax declaration, where he is describing all the steps, which he had to do.
Electronic Services for Citizens

This diploma thesis is focused on the topic of electronic services, which are provided by the public administration to citizens. The thesis focuses mainly on services provided in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation in the field of electronic public administration services, which are offered in the Czech Republic, and to propose several measures that could improve the current situation. The evaluation is done by the method of comparison of offered services in the Czech, Estonian and Finnish Republic. Service features are evaluated using a five-step maturity model and benchmarking principles. For services in the Czech Republic that are evaluated on the basis of the comparison as missing or of insufficient quality, steps are proposed to eliminate their deficiencies.

This diploma thesis called Information policy of Republic of Finland is describing finnish e-government in present time. The text talking about Finnish Regulatory Authority - FICORA. This authority is subordinated to Ministry of transport and communications and it's main mission is making available information, protecting them, but also secure data transmission. With data protection organization helping the National Security Authority or the NSA. The text also describes finnish information policy, it's beggining, the present and the future strategy. It reveals the structure and organization of the whole information system, points out the obstacles it had to Finnish government in implementing e-government deal and what recommendations were given to the State by the OECD. Furthermore, this work demonstrates the most important portals, strategic plans and projects of the Ministry of Finance that the project e-government shielded.
Support of customer relationship by introducing a new electronic service

The aim of the thesis is to create a methodology for the design of electronic services (e-services) and its verification through the design of a new electronic service which is improving the relations of a ski school with its customers. This aim is achieved by fulfilling a number of sub-goals. First, the theoretical foundations of services and e-services are presented with the aid of academic papers, publications and articles. Furthermore, using literary resources, the system of services which is tailored to fit the e-service environment is also described. Subsequently, the appropriate steps for the e-service design are chosen. These steps together form the above-mentioned methodology by which the new electronic service for ski school customers is designed. The text of the thesis is divided into four parts which head towards the design of a portal for the ski school customers. The first part introduces the theoretical definitions. The service sector and the definition of e-service are presented in this part. The second part describes the four major elements that form the e-service system. The areas that are crucial to the design are identified analysing each component of the e-service system. The knowledge gained in the second section is used to determine the activities which constitute the methodology proposed in the third part. The methodology is verified in the fourth section, where the web portal for ski school customers is designed

The object of this thesis is the electronization of services in the current tax administrations. The major aim of this paper is an analysis of how IT costs and other variables affect salary costs. Another aim of the work is to describe the differences in the structures of contemporary tax administrations in the OECD countries as well as to outline the current situation and possible future development in the use of electronic services in this area.
Evaluating the effectiveness of e-services in public administration

The thesis is focused on issues in eGovernment of Czech Republic and evaluation of two selected e-services. The target is to describe the state of eGovernment in Czech Republic and to offer to public administration some recommendations to its future development. The thesis consists of information about historic development of eGovernment in Czech Republic, about the most significant projects and about the state of Czech eGovernment in comparison to abroad. The practical part describes the methodology which was used to measure the selected e-services. The assessment of measurement reveals their weaknesses and proposes recommendations to their corrections.

The bachelor thesis deals with the task of electronic public administration in Czech Republic in comparison with Estonian eGovernment. The literature search describes the system of eGovernment, its evolution, legislative basis and implementation of eGovernment at the national level and at the levels of territorial authorities of both countries. This part also includes the theory of assessment of eGovernment and evaluation of eGovernment in Czech Republic and Estonia. The research part is focused on the comparison of the eGovernment of these two countries from the different aspects chosen by the author. The aspects are internet access, legislation, personal data protection, information accessibility, differences in provided services and e-services provided by Estonia, which are not available in Czech Republic.
Analysis of the selected commercial service and the proposal of the ways of possible improvement

The target of the thesis is the critical evaluation and analysis of the selected commercial electronic service "Letter Online"and the project of prospective modifications and improvement according to requirements of the customers. In the theoretic section the characteristics of services,especially commercial and electronic,marketing research and SWOT analysis are included. In the practical section the characteristic of the Czech Post and "Letter Online" service are looked into. On the questionnaire was inquired the awareness of the public about the "Letter Online" service. According to questionnaire the possible changes and improvements of the service were proposed. After that SWOT analysis was accomplished which specified strong and weak spots ,opportunities and exposure to danger.

Main aim of my thesis is to make analysis of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. Analysis is divided into two parts – theoretical part contains legislation in eGovernment and possibilities which can eGovernment offer to inhabitants. Second part is focused on research of electronic services which are located on the web sites of public services. The main gain of this work is assembly of the most important services in eGovernment.
